Anyway, I’ve had a bad summer. Not enough exercise and too many lunches and dinners seeing friends so my plan is to get back on it from tomorrow. School starts again and I have 4 races to run between now and the end of October so I need to shift some pounds! Also I have thew target of losing at least 2, but hopefully 3, stone by August next year so I don’t look chubby in my honeymoon and wedding snaps!
So…who fancies joining me? There’s 3 months til Christmas, that could be almost a stone if you lost a pound a week…

However, ‘not enough luggage space to bring running gear’ became ‘I’ve brought my running gear but left it in the car’.
Yes indeed, you’ve had a bad summer. Actually, you’ve had a good summer, just not one conducive to running 🙂
